UT Aim provided 35.5 workers per client plant on average (based on the results of the fiscal year ended January 2015), compared to the industry average of around 10 workers per plant. This difference in the average number of workers per client plant demonstrates our reliability and credibility shown by our clients.

UT Aim's strength lies in its scheme to encourage employees to grow by itself. We make utmost efforts in fostering employees to perform works that require high-level technical prowess. UT Aim was the first in the industry to provide the "in-house solution," which is a service to accept the client plant's employees all at once as the UT Group's employees and to consign the operation of that workplace.
