UT Aim Co., Ltd.

* Monozukuri suggests hand-on manufacturing, including as its base personal involvement in the production
process and pride in work. We take it to mean “pride and passion” in work and products thereof.

Three key principles of our services

Discipline, innovation, and cooperation are the three key principles for our provision of quality services.

There are three key principles which help ensure our service quality: discipline and compliance; innovation in Monozukuri; and cooperation with our clients.
We believe that our mission is to engage in business based on all of those indispensable principles.

Discipline and compliance

With the aim of appropriately managing an outsourced workplace within the production site of our clients, we have an internal compliance committee system, hold compliance education programs for each level of employees, and conduct voluntary inspection of 360 items to ensure appropriate operation.
As such, management of each workplace is supported by four departments and the system is well established to thoroughly address to compliance violations as well as potential to cause them.

Innovation in Monozukuri

UT Aim has established a team led by managers and veteran workers in manufacturing. The team strives for production innovation and productivity improvement, and conducts activities to eliminate waste.
One workplace is controlled by an FC (factory center) manager, while each process manager is responsible for coordination with the client and quality control. Shift leaders have responsibility for controlling the progress of production. All members of the team, including operators, make concerted efforts as a team. This approach has led this business to represent over 80% of UT Aim’s overall business.

Cooperation with clients

UT Aim has organized a council with clients to report information provided by the Product Safety Committee, discuss activities aimed at production improvements and the development of human resources, and to review various cases. This will help enhance manufacturing capability and improve quality and safety.
In addition, small-group activities contribute to responses to each case.
