History

Apr. 1995 Aim CIC Company was founded in Sakae-machi, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture to engage in the business of dispatching personnel for in-plant work.
July 1996 The head office was moved to Hagoromo-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Aim CIC was renamed Nihon Aim Co., Ltd.
Dec. 2003 Nihon Aim was listed in the JASDAQ market.
June 2004 Nihon Aim joined the Japan Manufacturing Outsourcing Association (JMOA).
Feb. 2007 Nihon Aim joined the Japan Engineering Outsourcing Association as one of initial promoters.
March 2007 Fine Stage Co., Ltd. was founded as a subsidiary to enhance manufacturing outsourcing business of electronic equipment in the Tohoku Region.
April 2007 Nihon Aim and Apex Inc. jointly transferred shares to establish United Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (currently UT Group Co., Ltd.) as a pure shareholding company and a parent company of wholly owned subsidiaries. It was listed in the JASDAQ market (Nihon Aim became unlisted).
April 2007 Nihon Aim began to receive interns for semiconductor engineers in alliance with the Shogakuin International Business Academy.
Sep. 2007 The head office was moved to Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
July 2011 Nihon Aim merged Fine Stage Co., Ltd.
July 2012 Nihon Aim Co., Ltd. was renamed UT Aim Co., Ltd. as a part of the UT Group's brand unification initiatives.
April 2014 Nihon Aim merged UT icom Co., Ltd. and UT Revive Co., Ltd.
